  • 50 g bacitracin MD per ton of complete feed (1 lb BMD 50 per ton) for prevention of necrotic enteritis; 100 to 200 g/ton for control (In-feed premix) — Feed continuously as the sole ration during periods of risk

  • 250 g bacitracin MD per ton of complete feed (5 lbs BMD 50 per ton) for control of swine dysentery (In-feed premix) — Feed continuously to swine on premises with a history of swine dysentery

Indications
  • Prevention and control of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens in broiler chickens.
  • Increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency in broiler chickens and growing swine.
  • Control of swine dysentery associated with Brachyspira hyodysenteriae in swine.
Contraindications
  • Do not use in feeds containing other conflicting antimicrobial premixes.
Precautions
  • For animal feed use only. Not for human use.

  • Non-absorbed polypeptide antibiotic; virtually no systemic toxicity or adverse effects.
