Indications
  • Inactivated penta-valent Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccine specially tailored for the Middle East, containing serotypes A (Iran 05), O (PanAsia 2), O (Manisa), Asia 1 (Shamir), and SAT 2.
Contraindications
  • Do not vaccinate clinically sick, cachectic, or heavily stressed ruminants.
Precautions
  • Allow the vaccine to reach room temperature (20-25°C) before administration. Shake the vial vigorously before and periodically during injection. Use clean, sterile needles for each animal or group. Destroy empty containers properly.
Side Effects
  • A transient local swelling or granuloma may develop at the injection site due to the oil adjuvant, gradually regressing over time without systemic reaction.
