LitterGuard LT-C is an inactivated bacterin-toxoid prepared from chemically inactivated cultures of Clostridium perfringens Type C toxoid and Escherichia coli isolates bearing K99, K88, 987P, and F41 pili adhesin antigens, combined with heat-labile (LT) enterotoxoid. Indicated for the vaccination of healthy pregnant sows and gilts to provide passive colostral immunity to neonatal piglets against fatal enterotoxemia and colibacillosis scours.

  • Vaccination of healthy pregnant sows and gilts for passive immunization of piglets against neonatal enterotoxemia caused by Clostridium perfringens Type C and colibacillosis caused by enterotoxigenic E. coli.

موانع الاستخدام

  • Do not vaccinate clinically diseased swine.

الاحتياطات

  • Contains thimerosal as preservative. In case of anaphylaxis, administer epinephrine.

  • Transient local swelling or temporary lethargy.
