Quest Plus (moxidectin 20 mg/mL and praziquantel 125 mg/mL oral gel) is a broad-spectrum combination equine dewormer, boticide, and cestocide. Indicated for the treatment and control of tapeworms (Anoplocephala perfoliata), encysted small strongyle larvae, large strongyles, pinworms, and bots in horses and ponies 6 months of age and older.

  • Do not use in foals less than 6 months of age.

  • Do not use in severely debilitated or emaciated horses.

  • Accurate dosing is essential; avoid overdosing miniature horses and ponies.

  • Mild transient swelling of the muzzle or lips; lethargy or ataxia if significantly overdosed.
