Rimadyl (carprofen) Sterile Injectable Solution is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) containing 50 mg carprofen per mL. Indicated in dogs for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and for the control of postoperative pain associated with soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.

Control of postoperative pain associated with soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries in dogs.
Do not use in dogs with bleeding disorders (e.g., Von Willebrand disease).
Do not use concurrently with other NSAIDs or systemic corticosteroids.
Not for use in cats.
All dogs should undergo baseline physical examination, liver and kidney bloodwork prior to NSAID administration.
Vomiting, inappetence, diarrhea, melena, elevated hepatic enzymes, and renal impairment.
