Originally established in 1962 as Nassar Lab, the company later evolved into Alexandria Company for Pharmaceuticals & Chemical Industries. Since 1991, it has operated as an affiliated company of Holdipharma under Law 203/1991. The company manufactures branded generic pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines, and medical appliances through two manufacturing facilities with a production capacity of approximately 250,000 packs per day. Its portfolio exceeds 185 products covering most therapeutic classes, while its export operations extend to more than 17 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
