Storage Conditions	Store at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze.
Dosages	Cattle Aseptically rehydrate freeze-dried vaccine with liquid component provided. Shake well and administer 2 mL IM in the muscular region of the neck. Primary vaccination: 2 doses given 2-4 weeks apart. Calves vaccinated before 6 months should be revaccinated after 6 months of age. Annual revaccination with a single 2-mL dose is recommended. (Intramuscular) — 2 doses 2-4 weeks apart, then annually
Withdrawal Periods	Cattle Meat: 21 days
Indications	Vaccination of healthy cattle, including pregnant cows, as an aid in preventing disease caused by IBR, BVD Type 1, PI3, and BRSV.
Contraindications	—
Precautions	Store at 2° to 7°C. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Contains gentamicin as a preservative. Use sterilized syringes/needles without chemicals.
Side Effects	Anaphylaxis may occur after use; initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy.
