Improvac (also marketed as Improvest in the US) is an innovative immunological biological containing gonadotropin releasing factor (GnRF) analog-diphtheria toxoid conjugate (at least 300 mcg/mL). It provides a humane, non-surgical immunological alternative to physical castration in male pigs to control boar taint and reduce aggressive/mounting behavior.

Immunological alternative to physical castration for the reduction of boar taint (androstenone and skatole) in entire male pigs.
Reduction of aggressive and sexual mounting behavior in male pigs.
Do not administer to female breeding pigs or male breeding boars intended for reproduction.
CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: Accidental self-injection may produce temporary loss of fertility or reproductive endocrine disruption in humans. Pregnant women must not administer this product.
Must only be administered using the approved Zoetis safety injector with needle guard.
Transient local swelling at the injection site in up to 20-30% of pigs which resolves over 1-2 weeks.
