One Shot is an inactivated veterinary vaccine containing whole cultures of Mannheimia haemolytica Type A1 and its leukotoxoid, formulated with a specialized adjuvant. Indicated for the vaccination of healthy cattle as an aid in preventing bovine pneumonia and shipping fever associated with Mannheimia haemolytica.

Indications

Contraindications

  • Do not vaccinate clinically diseased or stressed animals.

Precautions

  • Allergic or anaphylactoid reactions may occur; treat with epinephrine immediately.

Side Effects

  • Transient localized swelling at the injection site.
